Peace be upon our Rabbi Michi.
In the Bible, cases such as success in work or war are described as the hand of God, “The Lord prospered in His way,” “And the Lord your God delivered us into your hand,” etc. This means that all parts of life during the Bible period were subject to special supervision, at least in the general affairs of the people of Israel.
On the other hand, the Bible contains many descriptions of divine injustice and calls to God, the Almighty, as to why He allows the wicked to grow and why He hides, etc.
This means that they too had cases in which providence disappeared, and at least on a personal level there was no fundamental difference between the righteous and the wicked.
So it can be said that all the cases in the Bible that God was behind are on a general level or for individual individuals. Here I no longer see the difference between the situation then and the situation today. On the personal level, injustice is celebrated, while on the collective Israeli level, events have been happening for several thousand years that can be interpreted as comings and goings.
