From what you wrote in “There is no man who rules the spirit,” it is implied that according to Rabbi Yedaya the Pninite, Abraham and Sarah are a representation of philosophical ideas as matter and form. “This is essentially a reference to the biblical stories as a type of educational myth and not as a historical text.” I would like to note that in his response printed in the Rashba’s responsa, it is explained that there were never any people who explained the biblical Abraham and Sarah as matter and form, this is one of the legends in the Talmud regarding them…

In his opinion, the Bible in this context is not a myth but historical, and only the aggadah about Rabbi Benaiah who saw them in the cave symbolizes them there as matter and form.

And if you do know of any of the sages who consider the biblical Abraham and Sarah as matter and form and not as a historical reality, I would be happy to hear it, because this is already a significant step up in relation to the Maimonides' allegory.

Not really interested in biblical interpretation. It's worth searching the internet or asking people who deal with it. I think the Rashba's response refers to such approaches in his well-known condemnation.
