Shalom Rabbi, is it permissible for women to wear tefillin, study Gemara, or go to Torah?

I will answer briefly because it is difficult to go into detail here.
1. It is permissible and a mitzvah to study Gemara. Although women are exempt from the mitzvah of studying Talmud Torah, they are permitted to study. Furthermore, elsewhere I have shown that they are exempt from the mitzvah but are obligated to study. See my article on explanations on my website (before note 31): https://mikyab.net/%D7%9B%D7%AA%D7%91%D7%99%D7%9D/%D7%9E%D7%90%D7%9E%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%9D/%D7%A1%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%AA%D7%95%D7%A8%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%95%D7%9E%D7%A2%D7%9E%D7%93%D7%9F-%D7%94%D7%94%D7%9C%D7%9B%D7%AA%D7%99/
2. Going up to the Torah is permitted by law. Although the Gemara states that it is prohibited because of public honor, many claim that today this does not harm public honor. Most rabbis forbid it, but in my personal opinion it is reasonable to allow it.
3. It is permissible to put on tefillin if one keeps one’s body clean. See Shulchan Aruch 33:33, where it is explained that they should not put on tefillin because they do not know how to keep their body clean. Some have understood this to be because of their days of separation, but this is not reasonable from an explanation (separation is not an unclean body. Impurity does not prohibit putting on tefillin). Furthermore, from the Noshaei Kelim there it is proven that this is not what is meant. Therefore, in our day, I do not see why it is impossible to trust women to be as clean as men, and in my opinion there is no reason for them to put on tefillin.
