Antisemitism for emotional reasons

If someone claims that they don’t like Jews, simply because they don’t connect with Jewish culture and character and they don’t invent conspiracies or say they should be killed, etc., is this anti-Semitism? And if so, what’s the problem with it if all they’re doing is revealing their feelings toward Jewish culture and style, and declaring that they don’t like it?
