Is someone who parks on the street and doesn’t pay the price that should be paid (and hopes that in the meantime he won’t get a report for what he parked without paying) called a robber, is he a robber? And what is the law in the world that the state is not Jewish?
First, regarding the parking itself, it is land grabbing and it is doubtful whether there is a prohibition on this. It is true that there is an obligation to pay on the part of the Dina Demalkuta and perhaps also on the part of the state/municipality as the owner who makes the place available for use, and perhaps this money may be a theft. But in my understanding, there is no theft here, because the decision to pay for parking is arbitrary and not given for a service (it is a fact that there are parking spaces that remain free, and for some reason they decide to paint a certain area). This is tax evasion, not theft. This is a violation of the Dina Demalkuta, and as long as it is done as a reasonable citizen would do, in my opinion, there is no prohibition on this.
There is no difference between the State of Israel and other countries, unless they are corrupt countries that lack the rule of law.
Why is tax evasion not robbery? You take money from the entire country that is due to it, and in addition to that, you cause other people to pay more. Is what you wrote about tax evasion not robbery specifically referring to the fine here, or is it generally your opinion that tax evasion is not robbery?
Is it possible to change the color of the sidewalks as some people do? Or is that theft?
Tax evasion is not theft. As I explained, using services without paying is theft.
Changing the color does not help anything. It is just cheating that does not change the real situation.
I repeat that I am talking about tax evasion in general. Why is there no service? Everything the state does comes from tax money. That is, every service you receive from the state comes from tax money and if you haven't paid for it, you are stealing. Why isn't it called theft?

I explained that there is a tax here that is imposed arbitrarily, and it is not in return for a service.
