Hello, I wanted to ask what is the definition of consciousness (of the NSA)?
This may be a complicated and broad answer, but I would be happy to have a definition to understand.

I think you understand this concept well, and a definition will not be useful here. When I define consciousness to you as a person’s self-awareness (that is its core), you will say that I defined consciousness with a word from the same root (consciousness). This is a type of self-perception.
