Consent to Kiddushin
Hello,
As I think the rabbi was satisfied, I will put it in my own words, does a woman in our day have “free consent and understanding of the meaning and consequences” of childbearing according to the law of Moses and Israel?
On the other hand, as I believe the rabbi claims, a secular man who marries a woman takes on all the obligations that come with it.
Isn’t there a contradiction between these two?
