Conversion

In honor of Rabbi Shalom
I heard a lesson from Rabbi David Stav regarding the conversion of minors and there https://youtu.be/Zvaqn8uuCx4 he explained it in good taste
And knowledge of why one should not accept the burden of mitzvah, meaning that the parents should not be observant of mitzvah [perhaps traditional] and in any case the little one will grow up as a traditionalist/obsessive person.
I would be happy to read the opinion of the Rabbi and in general what the Rabbi thinks about the issue of the conversion problem in Israel [it’s a shame that the Rabbi doesn’t write a column about this, it’s an important public issue]
