Culture / Westernization

שו”תCulture / Westernization

What is the definition according to the rabbi of a legitimate change that results from a good change in culture (=moral), and in contrast to it, what is a cultural change (one might say Western) that is not good?
Ostensibly, Halacha is supposed to introduce (according to the Rabbi) good values that simply did not exist in the days of the Sages and that require a change in values in Halacha, and therefore these definitions are important, because it is clear that there are eternal values that cannot change, otherwise there would be no Torah.
The question is, what are those values that should be entered?

I don’t have general criteria. If you are specific, I can discuss.
