If there is a person who sells paid video packages online.
But on the other hand, the person uploads all these video packages to a site like YouTube… which can be accessed legally and viewed for free.
So anyone is exposed in two clicks and legally can watch these video packages.
And in addition, we also gave him a warning that everything is exposed on this site and that with two clicks you can get to everything, but he still continues to upload there… Will there be a theft charge here since it seems that the warning did not make him stop uploading videos, but on the other hand he did not explicitly give permission to watch?
I would be happy for an answer.

I didn’t understand the question. Does the owner of the videos also upload them to YouTube? So what’s the problem? It’s legal to watch YouTube.

The content is uploaded to a video repository site..(not YouTube) and the site is not as popular as YouTube. But the content can be accessed legally. //Continued to the question//

So it's not YouTube but its cousin that also doesn't read YouTube?
Would you mind explaining to me what the question is?

A video repository site that is not very common. You can access it legally and watch the content, but the person demands payment for the video packages.
Even though I warned him about it, he still continues to upload it there. I asked if it wouldn't be considered theft to watch the content? Even though I didn't explicitly ask for permission

My answer has already been written: It is permitted.

Thanks for the very quick reply.
But for some reason it is allowed
Because the videos can be accessed legally?.. Or is the permission only because I warned him about it? (And yet I didn't get his permission)

I would appreciate an answer

If he uploads to a free place then it is permissible. Why should it be prohibited? What is there is permissible for use and is available for use. The warning is not necessary except for the sake of the law. Whoever uploads materials should check what this means.
