And does a non- believing woman bathe to please her religious husband ? Is it pure? Is this related to the issue of Holin (not) that the Rambam ( Mikvaot ah ) ruled according to the opinion of the Rabbi of the Makkel that does not require intention for a holin?”

Indeed, there is no need for intention to become a prostitute, and therefore the baptism was necessary.
Regarding the separation of a gift, this is a good question. In my opinion, no, since what corrects the baptism is the commandment of separation, not the act of separation. Mitzvot do not belong to someone who does not believe. This is similar to what the Aharonim commented on the Manach regarding someone who sits in a stolen sukkah, if there were no verse disqualifying it, he would not be fulfilling a mitzvah, but he would not be considered eating outside the sukkah. The Aharonim wrote that this is incorrect, since someone who does not fulfill the mitzvah did not eat in the sukkah. There is no distinction between the act and the mitzvah.
By the way, in my personal opinion, this is true regarding the donation, but regarding the sukkah, there is definitely room for the interpretation of the Manach.

According to this, should all the fruits and vegetables of unbelieving farmers be considered table even after the overseer has resigned?

Drifting away.

שמואל replied 2 years ago

Why? After all, the farmer does this for commercial reasons only, and the overseer is nothing more than his emissary?

מיכי Staff replied 2 years ago

It does not have to be his emissary. One can also make a reservation for him without an emissary (and perhaps even without the law of Zakin and sufficient in terms of the emissary's emissary). And even if he is his emissary, the reservation may be useful, at least according to the concept of an emissary as a power of attorney, and perhaps also according to the law of ʻArikta.
