Exempt from tax
According to the Haredim, the Mahamba says that during Shmita and Jubiloth there is an exemption from the Tach. {Very urgent} Is it forbidden to leave the yeshiva or is it an exemption for those who want to?

I have no idea. And in general, the question about “their opinion” is not defined. There are masses of them and each of them can have a different opinion.
