What is the difference between ‘Benin Av’ and ‘Bema Mitzino’? Have you ever written an explanation of this?

I have not written about this. I have seen some who assume that there is a difference (I think Rabbi Nazir Kol HaNevo in the section on the virtues deals with this). My impression is that there is no real difference. The construction of the father from one text is what we find. See, for example, Rashi Shabbos 26b, 25:1, ‘Vapert’ and more.
