Free will and quantum mechanics
Hello Rabbi,
The Rabbi addressed in his book “Science of Freedom” and even on the website ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Af3yk87xR3HWa6-_2ecgwnynUfaJOyTS/view ) the question of why quantum mechanics cannot explain free will.
There is a doctor of physics, Rabbi Doron Ledvin, whose expertise is in these mechanics, and he actually says that it is possible.
You can watch it on YouTube (watch?v=DdoWRPzToag\)
Does Rabbi Ladevin’s method innovate something that requires a renewed response from His Holiness the Rabbi?
Did the Honorable Rabbi go out to discuss the issue with Rabbi Doron (maybe something will be renewed)?
Best regards, Ehud

In his book, the rabbi completely rejects this mechanism as an explanation for free will.
On the other hand, from the rabbi's answer here, I get the feeling that perhaps the rabbi is recalculating his course.
Can the rabbi just say, without going into detail, whether there is indeed the beginning of a new way of thinking on the subject?
No. I'm pretty sure I'm right. He made an argument that I don't remember, and on the surface I disagreed (as far as I remember he also partially admitted to me that there was a problem with his argument). But I didn't go into the details because that would have required me to delve into the subject very intensively.
