Fundamental holiness

God created me with the ability to plant seeds for men as well. This means that when I touch a man, such as hugging him, etc., lust awakens in me. So will this be forbidden to me?
(And what other advice or laws does the Rabbi have to comment that I should know or just words of encouragement?)
