Her ways are the ways of comfort
Hello,
Several laws are learned from the verse “Darcia, Darcia Noam”
Like what is myrtle?
And just as the law says that a woman’s sister should not fall into a trap
After her sister’s death
What surprises me is that there are things in the Torah that are not at all pleasant, such as a bastard who has neither sinned nor committed a crime.
Or a priest’s wife who was raped, etc.
Many thanks to the rabbi for all the extensive activity.

Thank you very much
I did not ask to delete the verse of Mamzar
But to wonder about the verse Darchia Darchia Noam
If we see that it is not Noam
Then apparently the interpretation of the verse should be Noam for the world to come or something like that and cannot lead us to a halakhic interpretation
Not true. It's like "Love your neighbor as yourself" - it's clear that he has a good death. Given that he is dead, you choose a good death for him. Why do you kill him if you love him so much? Because there is an obligation to kill him. With this limitation, you try to make it as easy for him as possible. The same is true with "its ways are pleasant ways". The Torah has different goals and the Halacha strives for them. Under these limitations, one tries to act in pleasant ways as much as possible. Therefore, bastards cannot be eliminated, but Hadas is chosen according to this rule. Indeed, the verse is valid and correct.
I understand, thank you very much for the answer
I had another thought and would like to hear the Rabbi's opinion on the matter
The Torah is the path of grace
But a bastard is made because someone committed a crime, so there are innocent victims too
Why? If her ways are pleasant, she will only harm the sinner. I didn't understand what explanation there is here.
This happens in our world too
There is no expectation that there will be more kindness than reality
Even a person who acts kindly is forced to harm
Like in Gaza they harm innocent civilians
So the compulsion somehow creates a bastard
This explanation actually aligns with the Rabbi's words regarding spiritual constraints.
Spiritual constraints do not require harming others. That's what I wrote at the beginning.
Spiritual constraints probably require harming others
In any case, according to your interpretation, if it were indeed written in the Torah to take a pricking myrtle, its ways would still be the ways of Noam, because for the most part its ways are gentle, anyway, when there is an interpretive question, then the assumption is gentle.
I suggest that it is always gentle, and if it were written to take a pricking myrtle, it would already be a contradiction.
To Noam's verse.
Now, the very laws of a bastard are gentle in the concepts of our world, because even in our world there is a situation of punishments that cause harm to the innocent.
Therefore, taking a legal system that punishes the innocent can still be considered the ways of gentleness.
Because it exists in every legal system.
But if there is a command to take something that pricks, it is no longer gentle.
