There are three books that deal with the principles of Talmudic thought: In the Path of the Mitzvot, In the Shadow of Wisdom, To Do Your Mitzvot. There are four more books, Mida Tova, which deal with the applications of the Midotz Harash on the order of the weekly parshiyot.
You can get them from me or arrange with my son (details on the website).
