Is it permissible to eat until sunset or until the fast begins?
peace,
The various tables announce the time when Yom Kippur begins. Should we stop eating before this time or is it permissible to eat until a minute or two before sunset (about 20 minutes later)?

In principle, you can add some time before sunset and that will be enough. But as with every Shabbat or Yom Kippur, the reception of the public is binding on the individual, and therefore one must stop at the time specified in the tables.
