Is it permissible to quote a passage from your book?
Hello Rabbi,
Is it permissible to occasionally quote a paragraph from your book and publish it online (within a complete comment, for example)?
And other people’s numbers, is this allowed for copyright reasons?

This is a question for the lawyer, not me. As far as I’m concerned, it’s permissible.
As far as I know, when used for study, research, or criticism, it is permitted (provided that moral copyright is maintained, meaning that the author and the customer are indicated). For other purposes, there is also economic copyright and permission from the copyright holder is required.
