Why don’t the Haredi and the secular celebrate?
How did this become a holiday for the religious nationalists only?

No one celebrates the rescue there. They celebrate the return of sovereignty (alek) over Old Jerusalem. They don’t really talk about secular and ultra-Orthodox.
