kashrut
Hello Rabbi Michael
What do you think about different levels of kashrut for meat, if I eat meat at the level of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel?
Only, am I considered to be committing an offense or is it just a matter of the chances of finding a defect the lower the level
2) You grow a beard not for reasons of halakhic obligation, right? Rather, it is a matter of personal taste.

Rabbi, what about the concern about sirka, is there a problem with eating not a portion?
If I am not from the Eastern denominations, should I be concerned about the knowledge of Maran Shul that it is forbidden to eat meat that may contain sirka, and in retrospect, after I bought beef with the Chief Rabbinate's kosher, can I eat it?
Those who practice as a kosher have a problem with meat that is not smooth. If you have your own position as a kosher, then of course you should be stricter. If not – you can rely on the Ashkenazi custom.
All this applies even if you have already bought kosher meat.
