Man Desni faced the categorical injunction

Is there a fundamental difference between a man desni alech and a categorical imperative?
For example, in the case where what I do does not harm my friend but is apparently harmful to myself, according to what I have written – you should not do it to your friend, but you should do it to yourself.
And in the opposite case, for example, if there is a case where I do something that does not directly harm my friends but if everyone does it it would be problematic (perhaps the example of an alarm is appropriate), then according to the categorical imperative it would be prohibited and according to the man desani it would seemingly be permitted.
The question is whether this is necessary and perhaps there is a deeper difference behind the scenes. (Many like to say that Kant is actually already in our sources and therefore we don’t need to learn anything, just as everything is in the Ha-Gara and R. Tzadok with letter skips.)

Clearly, these are different orders. What is the question? All the examples I gave in the columns about the categorical order (tax evasion, voting in elections, use of the treasury of the Jewish People) do not correspond to the order of the elder Hillel.

There are demagogues who like to present it in such a way that it is the same and in fact everything is already written in our language. I don't like people saying that because it is usually not true. After they have already found something, it is always possible to dress it up with some vague text from the sources or by skipping letters. (The rabbi once said that this criticism is not always fair because before it happens we don't know what to look for. Echel”k. But even if the rabbi is right, then what is it worth? If I have a magic book that has everything written in it but it is impossible to know anything until it becomes irrelevant, then it is simply useless and it is equivalent to having nothing written there)
I really wanted to make sure in the question that there is a fundamental difference between them and that what I understand is not changes by chance but in fact.
