Messiah is not coming.
peace,
I would love to receive a brief explanation, if possible, of what/who the Messiah is in your opinion ? Is he a real person, a process, an ideal to be achieved, etc.?

People forget that the Mongols had a direct impact on the Jewish people when they conquered Baghdad and brought about the fall of the Caliphate and with it the fall of the Reish Galuta. Since then, we have no organized tradition about the descendants of the House of David. Perhaps if we had a Messiah instead of a President, the question of appointing judges would be simpler.
As for the matter itself, the holiness of Jerusalem depends on the existence of an inheritance, that is, of the kingdom of the House of David (even if potentially) – because you have not yet come to rest and to the inheritance. If the dynasty of the House of David is finally lost, the holiness of Jerusalem also expires, since there is no inheritance here?
?
Was there any question here? I didn't understand a word here. And especially not the connection to the question that was raised here.
Rabbi Michi, I didn't understand the end of your answer (“I don't think anyone has one.”). How can we say this? Is there no real Messiah among the Hasidim and the Litany? In the case of the Chabad, they can even name him. Among Zionism, isn't Zionism an expression of the messianism of Ben Yosef?
I said no one has a clue. That doesn't mean no one thinks they have a clue and makes statements about subjects they have no clue about. The world is full of wrong and misleading people.
But there is a flaw in the prophets, isn't there? What's wrong with accepting the Messiah as a person?
It is not wrong and it is not necessary. The prophets are full of parables and things that are not interpreted literally.
