Modesty and the prohibition of touching outside of Halacha

Hello Michi
Do you think there are advantages to modesty and maintaining contact and the prohibition of contemplation, etc., even without regard to Halacha? Are these advantages on a personal level (for a person who maintains contact)? Socially (less harassment, betrayal, family stability, the possibility of more offspring, etc.)?
I would love your opinion on the matter.
