I would be happy to clarify a question that I did not understand, when I intentionally hurt my friend, but he really does not care, let’s say such a situation exists,
Or to kill a person but it turns out in retrospect that he wanted to die
Isn’t this considered an anti-moral act?

If you knew in advance and complied with his request to kill him, there is nothing immoral about it. But if you killed him without knowing it and it was discovered after the fact, it is clearly immoral. The morality of an action is a function of the intentions, not the consequences.
