Moving from philosophical belief to commitment

Hello, you write that everything is open and up for discussion. I saw that you opened the issue of the existence of God for discussion and raised, based on an informed analysis, that there is a God. However, from there to saying that the written Torah is the word of God, there is a great distance, and even after accepting that the written Torah is the word of God, there is also a great distance (the argument that the authority of the sages stems from “whatever he directs” is not clear. According to a simple reading of the verses, there is a very specific case and the determinations of the sages do not meet his criteria. The argument that I am obligated to the sages because the people of Israel accepted them as a binding authority is also not clear to me). My question is, do you think that after a person accepts the existence of God, an informed analysis leads him to think in the written Torah as the word of God and to accept the oral Torah as a binding authority. (As far as I am concerned, there is no side to saying that what is written in the sages is the word of God and that everything they wrote is correct, but that what is decreed is only a binding authority towards them)?

You may have written about this and I didn’t notice, and if so, I would be happy if you could point me in the right direction.

Thank you very much.

I have written about this in many places. Regarding the transition from philosophical belief to commitment – see the fifth notebook on the site.
Regarding the authority of the Sages and Toshabap, there are responses on the site. Including on the content of “La Tesur”. For example here: https://mikyab.net/%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%AA/%D7%AA%D7%A7%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%9E%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%A8%D7%9D-%D7%95%D7%A1%D7%9E%D7%9B%D7%95%D7%AA%D7%9D/
You can search more on the site (I also refer there to the debate with igod).
