One who violates Shabbat based on a mistake.

If a person desecrates Shabbat because he is mistaken about a matter of law and claims that his act is not desecration of Shabbat, will he be considered a wine of sacrifice?

You are just being a drunkard. A scoundrel of idolaters. It turns out that you are, because just being a drunkard is not a punishment but rather a confirmation of separation. Although in simple terms this only applies to a Gentile who incited him to idolatry, it is common to say that this reason is also true for a Jew who violates the Sabbath.
