In the SD
The Rabbi often wrote about the nonsense that pretended to be philosophical methods that come mainly from the French. I wanted to know if the Rabbi included Henri Bergson among them, who, in my opinion, unlike types like Levinas and the like, actually makes meaningful claims, and I think the Rabbi also mentions him in one of his books (I think “Sciences of Freedom,” but I’m not sure)?
Thank you very much!

I am far from being an expert on Bergson, but I found quite a few meaningful arguments in him (and others as well). In my opinion, he is much better than his French colleagues. But because he is not analytical enough, I also feel the French lack of sharpness in him (unlike the Anglo-Americans).
