Hello Rabbi,
Following the discussions surrounding Rabbi Inbal and Rabbi David Cohen, a discussion arose in a WhatsApp group about the need for investigations in the face of conservatism. Does the lack of investigation indicate a flaw, or an unmediated intuition, etc. Is there a virtue in the person who investigates, etc.
This is a fundamental topic, and I searched to see if you had written a column about it, and I couldn’t find anything direct. I would be very happy if the Rabbi would dedicate some of his busy time and write a post on the subject.
