Today Yoav Sorek posted a short essay on prayer on Facebook. Despite the differences, I recognize many similarities between your method and his. What do you think of his words?

There is indeed a lot of similarity, but I lack a more systematic investigation into natural causality. I don’t have time to elaborate now.
