Rabbi David Yosef

Today is the coronation of Rabbi David Yosef as Rishalt. I know that you do not appreciate his brother Rabbi Yitzhak. Do you think that Rabbi David is also considered a great scholar because of his lineage or is it that according to what you know, he is an exceptional scholar?
And this is of course regardless of his election as Chief Rabbi, which was of course due to his lineage.
