I heard that you once had some kind of meeting/correspondence with the man. What do you have to say about him and his path to fame in the ultra-Orthodox Lithuanian yeshiva world?
Not really. My booklet on Migo (which is a summary and expansion of a lesson I gave in Bnei Brak to various listeners) was brought to him by the publisher and he wrote comments and I responded (it appears there).
I am not that familiar with his method of study, except for a booklet he published on the inscriptions of page 19 (I think). I read a significant portion of it and disagreed. In particular, with his criticisms of Rabbi Shkop.
