What does the rabbi think about rabbis who appear wise, great, and respected on the outside, and then it turns out that they have difficult problems with their families, inappropriate behavior, or simply harsh behavior toward the children (for example)?
There is no connection between behavior and wisdom. Each of them should be discussed separately.
Beyond that, it is not right to judge a person until all sides have been heard.
