Setting a meal on Bernflex

Is there a law for determining a meal and blessing food at 4 in the case of a rabbinical egg ? In addition, even if there is, does one who blessed from 3 retroactively leave out?

If their shape has recently changed from thin flakes to a puffy tire, does that make a difference in terms of the shape of the bread? (There's a picture in the link)
I think not. These are still small parts and not a large unit.
