Some good qualities
Peace to the world
In one of the flyers I saw on Saturday among the many new gadgets
A question also arose regarding the washing of dishes in preparation for the holiday.
As is well known, the law is “as it is, so it is emitted.” And it is known that the temperature of the mountain is not the same as the temperature of the coastal plain.
That is, in Bnei Brak, for example, boiling occurs at 100 degrees, while in Jerusalem it always stops at 97-98 (approximately) and does not rise to 100.
And the question arises whether a pot that has swallowed leavened bread on Passover can be made unclean in Jerusalem.
I would love to know what the Rabbi thinks?
Absolutely yes. A boil is a boil and we don’t make such distinctions.
A center for ablutions could be established on the shores of the Dead Sea, at the lowest place in the world, where, as far as I know, the water there boils at a temperature of about 102 degrees Celsius, and even in the opinion of the strictest, the ablution would be valid.
There is no reason not to issue a call to “remove the obstacle”, as is customary in our regions, and to launch the project before Passover.
Thanks Rabbi,
Again I found that even oil can reach a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius and still prepare a frying pan at a boiling point of 100 degrees Celsius.
