Talmud

asked 9 months ago

Hello Rabbi Michi,
First of all, I don’t mean to defy you, just asking.
Is the Talmud a human creation or did it come down from Moses on Mount Sinai?
It is full of halachic disputes and discussions, and it also contains halachic errors.
How does it make sense that God wrote such a book?

It is also permissible to defy. Of course, the Talmud is a human creation. And is there anyone who disagrees with that? I don’t know where you get the idea that there are halachic errors in it, but as mentioned, your question is irrelevant.

Why is the question irrelevant?
I didn't understand your answer at all
I mean - you mean that Moses didn't come down from Sinai
So, what came down from Sinai?

Because you ask whether the Almighty wrote the errors in the Talmud. He did not write the Talmud, but humans. You just have to open it and read.
From Sinai we received the Toshchek with some interpretations of words and laws by Moshe Tsezini.
