Talmud or Rambam

Hello Rabbi
I’m a physics and computer science student, so I don’t have much time left for Torah study. I have something like 20-25 minutes a day that I can dedicate to studying. I’m debating what’s better for me to study, a page of Gemara with Rashi every day or a chapter in Rambam with a lesson by Rabbi Chaim Sabato, Shlita, in which Rabbi Sabato delves a little into the issues.

How is it better to utilize the little time I have? Talmud or Rambam?

In a place where his heart desires.

I desire both and enjoy both and love both. The question is, which is more effective for me? Which will advance me more in my studies?

I don't have a general answer to a question like that. Learn where your heart desires. I personally lean towards reading over research, but it also depends on how much knowledge you are gaining and how much knowledge you have.
