It’s hard for me to go into detail, and I don’t know the issue well enough. In general, in my opinion, both sides are exaggerating. It’s impossible without the court’s interpretive involvement, but it’s also not okay to exaggerate. Where exactly the line is drawn is hard to say. In many cases, the court operates within the margins that the Knesset left when it didn’t do what was incumbent on it.
