The Creator and the World
After reading your article about the problem of evil in the world and the laws of logic and the Creator’s submission to them
2 questions for me
A- In one place, “There is no harm in all his ability if I claim that he cannot solve the problem of evil, since he cannot create a world in which there is no evil but realizes his goals,” and you also wrote “does not point to a disadvantage but to a goal/purpose that he acts for. Not because he lacks something, but because the world lacks something,” but he himself created the world lacking, so why would he create a goal for himself or a game for himself?
In – and you wrote there, “There is justification for this, only we do not understand it.” This is difficult in itself. Is it appropriate to do this to people, to let them not understand this disturbing problem, in our own minds and in the morality that it demands of us? It seems cruel?
A. I don’t remember the quote. If you give me a source, I’ll try to interpret it. In principle, it’s possible that he created a world that lacks in order to be worthwhile because he himself has a need for this self-improvement (he feels completeness and self-improvement here).
B. He probably has reasons why he doesn’t let us understand. I can speculate but I don’t see any point in it.
