The damage that is not noticeable

The damage that is not noticeable is exempt from human rights.
1) Is the damage that is not apparent exempt only from liability to the other person’s property or also to the other person’s body? (I simply did not study this issue well and unfortunately lack the basic knowledge.)
2) Is damage that is only visible with today’s microscopes considered noticeable or not noticeable? Why?

You need to study the issue. The damage that is not apparent to most opinions (and to all of them) is the halakhic damage. When you defile or forbid something. It is not about something microscopic that is not apparent to the eye.
