The working mechanism of intuition
Hello Rabbi Michi,
You claim (if I understood you correctly…) that the more a person studies and engages in a certain field, the greater his or her talent for intuition, which is a kind of “gut feeling” that guides the person to the correct insight.
Do you have a theory of how the property of intuition occurs in the soul? (Just an example that occurred to me: As one repeats lines of thought with certain logical components, the soul becomes accustomed to working in this way, and when one encounters a particular thought that does not fit with this mindset, one feels that “it does not fit.”)
Thank you very much.
