As I understand it, the reason for the ban is mainly to prevent the child from suffering.
The price of prohibition is suffering for the parents who long for a child. But their blood is no longer red. There are also additional consequences, for society as a whole.
I don’t know what it means that she has the right to have a child. Should we put her in detention so that she doesn’t have marital relations? It seems very problematic to me. If she asks, I would certainly advise her not to have a child. It’s impossible to give an answer to such a general question.
