Can you direct me to where I can find it or attach it as an answer?
I don’t have the article (it’s ancient, even before my computer age). Only in libraries in volume 2 of Logic. But in the meantime there are comprehensive versions with a more precise and general theory. See my two articles in Badad, and also here on the site:

Is Volume 1 of “The Virtues of Logical Sermons” more up-to-date and complete than these articles?
