Coronavirus fears at the Western Wall

Good evening,
The Ministry of Health has ordered that gatherings of over 5,000 people not be held, a disagreement between Litzman and the Western Wall rabbi for people who think so, the former claiming that this is the most appropriate time to come and gather for our souls because only God will help, while the latter claiming that only a vaccine will help?
The rabbi’s opinion on the matter: should we really come to pray at the Western Wall and thus be saved from the coronavirus?
