Accessing digital libraries via a remote computer

In the

I study at the Heart Institute, and there are free databases there that automatically identify you via WIFI as connected to those databases on behalf of the Heart Institute.
I wanted to ask, can I use remote connection to watch the same content while I’m at home, for example?
Like the Treasury of Wisdom, the Answer Project, etc.
