Studying alone

שו”תStudying alone
asked 6 years ago

Hello Rabbi,
I assume there is no magic solution to the problem I will present, but I would be happy if the rabbi has an idea from his experience as a rabbi (and a student). I basically study in a yeshiva, but recently (and I assume that this will not end in the near future) I have been forced to study much more alone and not with a group. The problem is that I notice that this dulls my thinking, and I am less able to sharpen my thinking and come up with cutting-edge things. I suppose this is natural when studying alone for a long time. My question is whether the rabbi has any advice (especially methodical) on how to improve the matter?
Thank you very much.

Or formulate the things out loud to yourself, and it is also desirable to write them down. Write in the form of a neat article. In the name of the Gra, it is stated: Make a rabbi for yourself and buy (with a sliver of the sliver) a friend for yourself.
