Cheating in exams

Hello Rabbi.
Does the fact that many students will cheat on tests (we’re not naive) this year that will be held from home also allow them to cheat in order not to fail?
Note: I abhor this, it simply goes against my basic morals. But at the same time, it really hurts me to take tests when many will start with an unfair advantage over me.
