Why is Rabbi Druckman considered a legitimate rabbi?

I’m not asking out of spite or anything, I see myself as God-fearing, etc., simply because he is considered legitimate, a fact that they invite him to yeshivas, respect him, and don’t explicitly say that he is illegitimate, then that also means that anyone who doesn’t do the above things is also illegitimate in a certain sense.
