Why you shouldn’t wait after eating fur at a meat restaurant

שו”תCategory: HalachaWhy you shouldn’t wait after eating fur at a meat restaurant

peace,
I understood from various sources I saw online that if I eat animal products at a meat restaurant, then I don’t have to wait for them before eating dairy.
For example, I eat every day in a dining room at a high-tech company that has a stand with bowls of different fur salad with tongs. Hundreds of people pass by there, it doesn’t make sense that at least not one of them, when he takes the salad to his plate, won’t touch a little (or a lot) of the meaty foods he has on his plate, and then when he puts the tongs back, it can mix with the salad. So why is it considered fur?
thanks!

You can definitely make it easier. Even if there is a crumb of meat or some flavor, it is mostly useless.
