Is it possible to drink water from a reusable glass for someone who does not keep kosher?

The glass is not immersed. Although I have seen in the past poskim who wrote that there is no prohibition in this if the glass is not yours, since the obligation to immerse is a mandatory duty on the owner. Although the absolute majority of poskim also have a prohibition in a glass that is not theirs, it is not clear that you are obligated to find out whether it is immersed and whether it is a glass that requires immersion (S.S. You do not drink a prohibition). If it is a business, there is more room for leniency, as is known, because the vessels are not for personal use. And especially if it offends the Ba’ab, there may be room for leniency. But it is better to ask for a disposable glass.
